Phase 2 consists of 39 estate sized lots, with several around 1/3 to 1/2 acres. There is a new walking trail around the fully stocked pond. 
SQFT Requirements for building are as follows:

  • Ranch Plans: 1,500 sqft above grade

  • Reverse 1.5 Story Plans: 2,200 sqft (1,440 sqft above grade)

  • Split Level Plans: 2,400 sqft (1,700 sqft above grade)

  • 1.5 Story Plans: 2,200 sqft above grade
